Our new image processing segment enables us to create inline inspection systems for the quality control of components inside the assembly lines in order to avoid defects and raise the efficiency. Moreover we use image processing inside the inline systems for the control of different types of components, both in machines produced by VAF and in external manufactured machines, which is part of our service range.

For the tracking of products we use sturdy Code-Reader Systems. Furthermore, we offer 2D-Pick-and-Place-Systems for the automatic handling of components during the process chain in order to complete the image processing spectrum as reliably as possible. You can make use of all these possibilities, independent of the type of industry and the manufacturer of your machine.
